Cinagro Farm is a hobby and small business.
We specialize in fresh-cut, organically grown culinary herbs.
In fact, "Cinagro" is "organic" spelled backwards.
Although we are a "working" small grower, at present we cannot accommodate visitors
although plans are continuing to encompass this idea.
Our proprietor is a former food inspector with the U.S. Dept.  of Agriculture.
She has been trained in food safety and quality assurance as well as
good manufacturing procedures and microbiology.
Raised and educated in New England, her background includes work
in law offices, restaurants and food packaging facilities.
Her former rural lifestyle has brought with it a host of talents  in the garden and the kitchen.
She comes from a long line of great "chefs" so her love of cooking, paired with her love of
gardening and organic foods has prompted a dream to publish an heirloom cookbook.
We present this wonderful cookbook to you here.
The book has 500 recipes spread across over 250 pages!

We are proud to have the artwork of
Midwest artist Sharon France featured in the book.

This symbol has been placed here with the hope that we
can all learn to love, respect and admire our differences
instead of fighting about them.
The world would be a happier place if we could.......coexist.

Sample Recipe:

Salmon Cinagro

4 Salmon Filets,
preferably wild salmon
2 limes
zested and juiced
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. plain organic yogurt
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
freshly grated ginger
1/2 t. dill
dash Old Bay Seasoning
salt & pepper to taste

Spray cooking spray in a
baking dish and place the
salmon skin side down.  In a
medium bowl, combine
remaining ingredients with a
whisk.  Pour over the salmon
and cook at 400 for about 10
minutes, keep an eye on it.
Serve with wild rice and
asparagus.  Salmon tastes
even better if the sauce is
allowed to sit on the salmon
for about 1/2 hour [room
temp] prior to cooking.

Many, many more!
