Cinagro Farm is a small, home-based business, the brainchild of a lot of hard work and diverse
backgrounds in law offices, restaurants, federal food inspection, love of cooking, gardening and
organic food. In fact, "Cinagro" is "organic" spelled backwards.
Although we are a "working" small grower, we presently cannot accommodate visitors. Plans
are continuing to encompass this idea, however.
Our proprietor is a former food inspector with the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture. She has
been trained in food safety and quality assurance as well as good manufacturing procedures and
microbiology. Raised and educated in New England, her former rural lifestyle brought with it a
host of talents in the garden and the kitchen. So, our plants are grown under careful
specifications & speculations, and will not be sold to you unless we would use them ourselves.
We specialize in fresh-cut, organically grown culinary herbs for even the most discriminating
chefs. Whether you're cooking in a busy restaurant or in your own back yard, our herbs are sure
to please your senses and your palate. Check with us to see what is being offered.
Try our infused olive oils and vinegars, made to order with our current list of fresh,
organically-grown herbs.
Our signature baked breads [non-yeast] are some of the best you'll ever taste and are
reminiscent of colonial days.
